NATHAN HARTONO SPARKS CHANGE IN LATEST DBS SPARKS EPISODE WITH ADRIAN PANG

On May 19, 2021, DBS' award-winning miniseries Sparks released a special episode, guest-starring Warner artist Nathan Hartono. Nathan Hartono portrays a rookie banker Ethan, acting alongside theatre veteran, Adrian Pang who plays DBS team leader Chester Teo.
This 15-min short episode titled ‘One from the Heart’ tackles the issue of food waste and is inspired by the true story of TreeDots, the first wholesale redistributor of unsold food in Asia. Nathan has previously played the role of young Chester in the DBS Sparks’ Season 1 and this will be his second appearance on the series.
Giving himself a moniker Bankertono, Nathan Hartono playfully answers questions by his followers in a series of Instagram stories (later reposted into an Instagram post) to promote the episode.
