Biography
French superproducer David Guetta brought EDM into the mainstream in the late '00s, transforming the sound of modern pop in the process. Guetta began DJing in Parisian clubs in the late '80s, and launched his career as a producer in 2001. While his electro-tinged take on classic French house instantly made him a club kingpin, Guetta conquered the world when he added the flavours of pop, R&B, and hip-hop to his grooves.
Collaborating with artists like Usher, Nicki Minaj, and Sia, he's gone on to score multiple No. 1 albums around the globe and headline just about any dance festival you can name.
